PERFORMING ARTS AS MEDITATION is a fun, challenging way to develop creativity from the inside out with eyes open and closed. The workshop series offers opportunities to: 1) Experience a relaxed, non-judging environment. 2) Experiment with both structured and free improvisations. 3) Discover opportunities to pause, listen, reflect and go deeper. 4) Take creative risks you never thought you could take. 5) Tap inner sources of creativity, wisdom and laughter. Suitable for both beginners and experienced performers and meditation practitioners. Please bring something to explore and/or a work-in-progress in music, dance, acting, writing and/or visual art!
