Andres Ordorica

Two Poems

Andrés Ordorica is a queer Latinx writer of fiction and poetry who has been published by 404 Ink, the Skinny, Bella Caledonia and Fringe of Colour amongst others. He and his husband are regular visitors to Summerhall throughout the year.

We loved Andrés’s idea to write two new poems inspired by contrasting aspects of Summerhall: its year-round identity as a place to relax with a loved one through the seasons, and the excitement and activity of festival time. The texts reflect the different ways that our Edinburgh audiences interact with the building throughout the year.
