We are currently recruiting for The Royal Dick Bar & Restaurant, situated at Summerhall Arts complex in central Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic hospitality staff, to come on board to sustain a bistro/gastropub style of menu of tasty food for our customers utilising local suppliers, seasonal produce and great ingredients. We have just undergone a recent refurbishment of the bar, which has included the installation of a new kitchen, with new equipment.
We are looking for:
1 x Full Time Chef de Partie – Full time work in a small, quality led kitchen. Experience essential and a willingness to learn and teach a new team. Competitive salary based on experience.
1 x Part time Commis Chef – Work in a small, quality led kitchen supporting our head chef and working with an ever changing, fresh menu. Competitive rates based on experience.
2 x Part Time Kitchen Porter – Part time role supporting a small kitchen team during busy lunch and dinner service, role requires someone who shows initiative and a willingness to work hard and learn. Ideal for someone looking to start work in hospitality. Full training given. £In line with minimum/living wage plus tips.
