Like most arts organisations, Summerhall has been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic. As a privately-owned Arts Venue with no public funding, Covid-19 has significantly reduced our year-round sources of income.

Thank you to everyone who helped us survive through 2020 and 2021, by donating to our Crowdfunder campaigns, postponing your gig tickets, buying pints in the Courtyard Bar or sending us messages of support. Summerhall wouldn’t have made it this far without you, and we are profoundly grateful for your help

However, the pandemic is proving to have far-reaching consequences lasting beyond the lifting of restrictions and the end of government financial support.
