In this 100Hr Hatha Yoga TTC (YACEP) you will gain a strong foundation and understanding of Hatha Yoga and its different branches or steps: Shatkriya, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Samadhi(Divided into Dharana&Dhyana) along with the study of classical texts such as Hatha Yoga Pradipika or Bhagavad-Gita amongst others. Besides including an extense practice of asanas and learning the correct alignment of the yogic postures, this course covers different styles of Surya/Chandra Namaskar (Sun/Moon Salutations), opening and closing mantras, Pranayama techniques such as, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Seetali etc. Mudras, Bandhas and much more. This course is aimed for those who want to deepen their knowledge and improve their level of practice, already Yoga teachers looking to incorporate Hatha Yoga & Hatha Flow to their classes and to those that for lack of time or other reasons can’t complete the full 200Hr Multi-Style Yoga TTC.
