Bassment Carousel- a new monthly eclectic club night launches with a Halloween special double bill in Summerhall’s amazing ‘Dissection Room’ on Saturday 3rd November, featuring hell bound Chicago blues ten piece, The Black Diamond Express (Celtic Connections Danny Kyle 2012 Award Winners) and Scotland’s No.1 ‘2-tone/ska” band, Capone and the Bullets, who play their first Edinburgh date since reforming. On the first Saturday of every month Bassment Carousel will bring an eclectic mix of new sounds from top guest DJs from around the country alongside diverse live art performances. Featuring bands, projectionists, sound artists, live illustrators, poets and performers, Bassment Carousel will be spread over two floors at Summerhall, bringing a slice of festival fun to the darkening nights ahead.
