Listen to the story about Bonnie Prince Charlie and his Polish Mum and make reliefs inspired by their portraits from the Scottish National Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh.
Using templates, plasticine and various decorations make vibrant 3D portraits of Maria Clementina, the granddaughter of the Polish hero-king, John III Sobieski or her son, the celebrated Bonnie Prince Charlie as a young, handsome boy in fancy clothes.
This educational, hands on workshop will help children to learn some exciting facts about the Polish Scottish history as well as to be creative. Children will be able take their masterpieces home.
