Join us for a laid back and convivial Sunday afternoon where you can taste, explore, enjoy and journey around a carefully curated selection of food and drink from some of Edinburgh’s finest local wine merchants, chefs, mixologists and artisan food and drink producers.

The Savour team will be transforming Summerhall into a virtual menu where each room or space will represent a different course, so there is something for everyone, whether you’ve got a sweet or savoury tooth. Browse the goodies on offer, nibble the tasters and then settle at one of the communal tables with your selection of small plates to create a Sunday feast. Wash it down with a delicious glass of matched wine, beer, cider or a cocktail.

The main course – Enjoy a delicious range of goodies to taste or buy including mini-roasts, spicy curries, sushi and street food and learn how to match your favourite drinks to them.
The Pudding Hall – featuring a sweet banquet of chocolate, truffles, confectionary, patisserie and desserts, all washed down with artisan tea from Eteaket or Pot-tails from the Roseleaf.
The Cheese Lounge – for the fromagistas we’ll be providing a cheesy space where you can buy a cheese board and glass of wine and settle in to our sofas to enjoy it. Accompaniments will be available from the Edinburgh Larder Apothecary shop.
The Beer Lab – enjoy a thoughtful and refreshing experience, taking you on a journey through the Beer world and resulting in a blind tasting.
