Established in June 2002 by leading saxophone star, Tommy Smith, the TSYJO features the very best young Scottish jazz musicians and has grown from strength to strength receiving critical acclaim both at home and abroad. Showcasing endless talent, improvisational skills, exuberance and verve, the TSYJO musicians bring alive the music of jazz, paying tribute to the true legends of jazz with enthusiasm, style, personality and expression.
