Would you row across the Atlantic for charity?

Tradlantic is a music-filled evening hosted by three brothers who are rowing across the Atlantic Ocean this coming December. All proceeds from the event will be going to Scottish based charities Children 1st and Feedback Madagascar.

The isle of Mull’s Sorren Maclean & Hannah Fisher have played alongside some of Scotland’s greatest bands and singers (Idlewild, King Creosote, Dougie Maclean, Martyn Bennett). As a Trad duo they complement each other beautifully and range from atmospheric songs to wild dance tunes, blending rich vocal harmonies with bluegrass influenced fiddle tunes.

Edinburgh’s own Samuel Nicholson is a profoundly touching and extremely talented indie-folk singer who’s currently touring the UK in the lead up to his second studio album. His sensual guitar riffs and haunting voice will no doubt be mesmerising.

Tony McHugh is a sublime guitarist and achingly soulful singer hailing from the city of Belfast. Having supported KT Tunstall earlier this year, we’re looking forward to what Tony will have in store for us.
