Edinburgh’s first exclusive gin distillery in over 150 years, Home of Pickering’s Gin & The Broody Hen Scotch Whisky, Summerhall Distillery is a compact but highly effective distillery nestled in the kennels of the former Edinburgh University Vet School.
We are delighted to host a wide variety of guided tours, tastings and experiences on site in our premises at Summerhall.
We have experiences for both Gin and Whisky lovers in our distillery with Pickering’s Gin or The Broody Hen Scotch Whisky.
