The Gallery Bar and Pickering’s Gin are teaming up to present an evening of tasty food paired with a selection of hand-picked gin cocktails. Every ticket includes a bespoke three course meal, four hand-crafted Pickering’s cocktails, and a guided tasting from our food and drink experts.

Our dining connoisseurs have matched some of Pickering’s most popular gins with delicious dishes, and will share their secrets on how to perfectly pair the central flavours of different recipes with your favourite tipples.

 

On Arrival

On arrival to The Gallery Bar, you’ll be welcomed with a classic Pickering’s Red Top and Fevertree tonic, served alongside delicious bruschetta canapes, specially-designed by our chefs to compliment one of Pickering’s most popular gins.

After an introduction from the Gallery Bar and Pickering’s Gin experts, you’ll take your seats for a full three-course meal, with each course accompanied by a perfectly-paired cocktail.

Our chefs have devised two bespoke menus for the event. Please select either the meat or vegetarian option when purchasing your tickets.

 

Meat Option:

Starter: Scottish Salmon – Cured inhouse and infused with Pickerings Gin, served with beetroot, salad garnish, and horseradish sauce.
Accompanied by a Pickerings Pink Lady cocktail.

Main Course: Slowroasted Pork Belly – Served with spiced roasted potatoes, green vegetables, and cinnamon chutney.
Accompanied by a Pickering’s 1947 and Ginger Ale.

Dessert: Strawberry Tiramisu – Infused with Pickering’s strawberry and black pepper liquor, with mascarpone cream and fresh strawberries.
Accompanied by a Sloe-secco cocktail (Pickering’s sloe gin and prosecco).

 

Vegetarian Option:

Starter: Courgette Flowers (V) – Lightly battered and filled with mozzarella and sundried tomatoes, served with a salad garnish and housemade pesto.
Accompanied by a Pickerings Pink Lady cocktail.

Main Course: Brie, Mushroom and Cranberry Wellington – Served with spiced roasted potatoes, green vegetables, and cinnamon chutney.
Accompanied by a Pickering’s 1947 and Ginger Ale.

Dessert: Strawberry Tiramisu – Infused with Pickering’s strawberry and black pepper liquor, with mascarpone cream and fresh strawberries.
Accompanied by a Sloe-secco cocktail (Pickering’s sloe gin topped with prosecco).
