‘The event is focused on the live aspects of performance, leading to unexpected moments of creation: mistakes become a vessel for exploration and a shifting perspective. Using electronic music as the vehicle, we aim to work with artists who share the ethos of collaboration and experimentation in the electronic audio realm. Drawing from analogies of interconnectedness, evolution through experimentation and adaptation, and electronic progress, this spirit that underpins the history of the development of electronic music from its origins, is played with throughout. Electronic music is not cold or robotic, but a conversation with something outside of yourself, one which shifts perspectives‘ (Maranta).
