Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith is a mixed media artist born and raised in Edinburgh. Lauren studied Fashion and Textiles at Edinburgh College of Art and during this time won the renowned Gold Award at Graduate Fashion Week and the Graduate of the Year award at the Scottish Fashion Awards.

Since then Lauren has embarked on a new venture and has been developing her skills in hand-embroidery and print design. In 2017, she began creating wearable embroidered pins that proved very popular and is now working on expanding her range of accessories and homeware products.

Heavily inspired by retro patterns and colours, Lauren creates unique embroidered pieces from her studio in Edinburgh. Each piece is made by hand from start to finish and is sure to bring a pop of colour and fun to your everyday!
