This year the Edinburgh Short Film Festival have collaborated with the Shanghai-based film organisation Kan-Kan Media.
For this event, Kankan Media have prepared a kaleidoscopic programme, offering an intimate glimpse at the different cinematic trends in short film emerging from across the world.

The screening will be divided into three parts; ‘China in Short’ captures contemporary China through short film; ‘Middle East in Short’ exposes the strong personality of Iranian Cinema and ‘World in Short’ explores the notion of the global village through short film.
