Imam Baildi is a delicious Mediterranean aubergine recipe. It is a similar fine music blend that brothers Lysandros and Orestis Falireas and their 7 – piece band do. Their sound brings together Greek music of the 1940’s 50’s and 60’s with intuitive production and remixing techniques. Their two first LP’s were the first Greek albums to go straight to the top of the European World Music Charts. Their third LP, licensed to Universal Music in Greece and The End Records in the US is already their best selling studio work.
The band has completed 4 European tours including festival performances in Rosklide, Sziget, Lowlands and Transmusicales de Rennes, and has been invited to major festivals in the US and Canada including South by Southwest and Montreal Jazz Festival.

In March 2016, the band is releasing their Live Album selected from concerts of the last 3 years.
