One boiling hot summer, a married man is left alone to work in Manhattan while his family escape the city heat in Maine. The temptation of infidelity comes knocking when a gorgeous blonde played by Marilyn Monroe moves into the apartment upstairs. Comedic genius from duo Marilyn Monroe and Billy Wilder.
This film is screening as part of the Beyond Blonde season; a film programme celebrating Marilyn Monroe running from 15th September until 2nd October. The screenings on the 15th, 22nd and 29th will include a short introduction from Summerhall’s Cinema Curator.
